2. Our Services

Plan You Choice provides event planning services and online ticket sales for public events, including but not limited to concerts, festivals, conferences, workshops, and community gatherings. Our service plans (Basic, Standard, Premium, and Plus) are described in detail on our Pricing page.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

3. Eligibility

By using our website or purchasing tickets or services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or are using our services with the consent of a parent or guardian

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

• All information you provide us is accurate and truthful

4. Bookings and Payments

• All prices listed on our website are shown in USD unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change without prior notice. Changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking, processed securely through Stripe.

• A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email.

• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your booking details (name, event, quantity, contact information) before completing payment.

5. Tickets and Event Access

• Tickets are issued electronically via email upon successful payment.

• Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

• You must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) to gain entry to an event.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry if a ticket appears fraudulent, duplicated, or invalid.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Event Changes

• Our refund and cancellation terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• If we cancel or significantly reschedule an event, we will notify ticket holders as soon as possible and handle refunds according to our Refund Policy.

• We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by you in connection with an event that is cancelled or rescheduled.

7. Service Plans

Our Basic, Standard, Premium, and Plus plans include the features listed on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Any custom arrangements outside a standard plan must be agreed in writing before booking.

8. User Conduct

When using our website or attending our events, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information

• Use our website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

• Attempt to resell tickets in a way that violates event organizer rules

• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of our website

• Engage in disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior at any event we organize

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or remove individuals from events who violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Plan You Choice or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Plan You Choice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or attendance at an event.

• We are not responsible for the actions of third-party venues, vendors, or performers involved in an event, except where required by law.

• Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

11. Third-Party Services

Our website uses third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
